The Landscape Committee (LC) is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the common areas of the neighborhood, including the 18-acre woods, the seven cul-de-sacs, the two boulevards, the berms bordering Donges Bay and River Roads, and the associated retention ponds. Each fall, the LC submits their annual plans and budget to the GHHA Board for approval.
