Our neighborhood is ideally located north of Milwaukee and has easy access to schools, shopping, and restaurants in the area as well as I-43 and the airport. Gazebo Hill is located in the Mequon-Thiensville School District.
The neighborhood is served by the City of Mequon for sewer and water services. Homeowners hire the garbage service of their choice. Electric and gas services are supplied by WE Energies. The Gazebo Hill Homeowners Associations serves as the elected governing body with oversight responsibility for the landscape maintenance of the common areas, the architectural control of homes as well as other aspects of life in the neighborhood. Annual dues are required from each lot to fund these efforts.
